Best anchorage in my view around the Baie de Quiberon and Golfe du Morbihan :
- Ile d'Houat : Grande plage. 47°23.145N 2°56.638W. In front of the most beautiful beach of south brittany. Quite popular though. Well sheltered from N-W-SW winds.
- Hoedic Grand Mulon : Nice beach. Well sheltered from W-SW winds. 47°20.278N 2°51.581W. Visit the island and small village. Gorgeous.
- Ile aux Moines : Grand plage. In front f the main beach from Ile aux Moines. A charming island with beautiful village. 47°35.858N 2°51.28W. Some current and quite busy.
- Pointe du Trech : 47°36.247N 2°50.049W quiet anchorage, beautiful few on Ile aux Moines church. 2 km from the village.
- Ile de la Jument : In front of this private island. Quiet anchorage. 47°34.082N 2°53.116W
- Riviere d'Auray. In this nice river, anchor front and back because of current. 47°37.945N 2°57.679W. Make sure you visit the small village Le Bono. And if tome allows go up to Auray at high tide.
- Ile Ilur : In front of this beautiful private island beach. 47°34.501N 2°47.73W
