Something Scandinavian, I'd guess, narrow beam. My first thought was "Maxi" but I can't find a match. Some of their older models used similar window treatment..

This looks a lot like the Two Star 36, a Swedish made boat. The boat in the video has had major work done to the rear end if it really is the TwoStar 36, but pretty much everything else is spot on for this model. Looks like the back end was made a few feet longer (the original Two Star 36 stopped at the end of the pull pit, while the boat in the video has a semi-integrated swim platform, it seems). See the attachment for an amateur sketchup.

The TwoStar 36 was designed in 1984 by the Swedish boat designer Håkan Södergren and it was made on the west coast of Sweden from 1985 through 1990. The boat was designed for a two man crew (hence the name), and approx. 30-40 boats were produced.

I had a look at the video again, and early on you can see the two trademark TwoStar 36 black hatches/windows in the rear of the boat. It most definitely is a TwoStar 36, but with an added scoop in the back to add a few feet of waterline and a swim platform.

Update: Being naturally curious, I have spoken to both a Norwegian and a Swedish Two Star owner. Both confirmed that it is infact a Two Star 36, and it has had modifications done to the rear to make it longer.

There was a few examples of a TwoStar 38 made as well, but this is not one of them. The 38 has a rear closely resembling the 36, just two feet longer. The rest of the hull is the same (different keel, though).

At least one of the 36's has had an extension made to the rear from a design by the orginal designer of the 36/38. Others have made their own.
