Unless something has changed fairly recently, Atwood has always sold sub-par marine equipment. Almost everything I have tried from their product line has failed way before it should have. For something like a navigation light, I would stick with the most reputable manufacturers and get the maximum service life possible.

Only a few LED lights are acceptable for navigation. Although the amount of light measured is more than normal bulbs, the light frequency is not visible to the human eye as much as the hot lights. Therefore stick with the most reputable manufacturers.
