At first glance, it looks like a mix of series and parallel. I assume you are getting 12 volts, knowing you. So there may be two batteries not contributing. No. 3 and No. 4.

! and 2 are mostly in series. = 12 volts
3 and 4 should be in series. = 12 volts

Then the -s and +s attached together to be parallel and you get 12 volts from the ends.

Just to keep it simple, but there could be way, using fewer and or, shorter cables.
