So I have used the BatteryMINDer Model SCC-015: 12 Volt 15 Watt Solar Charger/Maintainer/Desulfator With Panel for the past few years but I have only had it connected to only one of my three bank battery at a time when charging.

I have three 12V lead acid batteries 2 house (marine deep cycle) and one starter. I would like to have them all take the charge/desulfator. Should I connect the batteries in parallel or in series? What size wire should I use?

Best solution would be to install a battery combiner (auto charging relay). This would automatically connect the house and start batteries together when the solar panel is delivering a charge and disconnect them when its not. Other alternative would be to put the battery switch on BOTH, but that risks the chance of running all batteries down.
