Best putty or filler for small chips on deck?

So after spending this morning and afternoon scrubbing every inch of the new project boat i came across some small chips in the cockpit and other places. Nothing major or bigger than a dime. What would make the best filler

I use West epoxy mixed with wood flour until peanut butter consistency.

Cabosil is the preferred 'filler' used by most gelcoat 'artists'. After filling, they SPRAY and 'blend' new gel coat over the leveled/sanded filler.
