Our BG Network Wind Display Unit is "frozen"

The LCD displays "18.8appvstrue", the analogue pointer does not move and nothing happens when pressing any of the 5 keys on the Unit with voltage on. When voltage is turned off LCD is empty and the backlight is off.

I suspect the culprit is a bad connection in one or more of the 5 keys.

I would like to open the display unit and clean the connections,

Does anybody know how to open the display ?
