If I am not mistaken Biminis for sailboats are custom fit.
Sometimes, sometimes not.
I've seen companies (Taylor?) that offer pre-made biminis with different widths, lengths, height and number of ribs. A dodger is almost always custom (but many companies have off the shelf models if your boat is popular).
If you aren't overly fussy, you should be able to find a pre-made bimini that fits your needs. Order carefully, check where all the hardware will attach and make sure your sheets and stays won't be in the way.
My boat has a custom dodger & bimini (provided by the PO). The forward straps for the bimini attach to the aft side of the dodger. The boom hits the straps when it swings overhead. Not a big deal, but if only someone had caught that during the design phase, the setup would be perfect*.
Also (in my opinion):
Get the 1" SS with SS elbows. The cheaper models have 3/4" aluminum with plastic elbows. They don't last.
Get 'real' canvas. The white fabric on the cheaper models is no good.

*Well, it could have windows so I can see the sails.
