Hi All,

I purchased a Sabre 30 III last fall, and one of the issues that I think I should address is all of the bits that are supposed to be electrically grounded to the hull. There are about 10 heavy gauge wires connected to two fittings that were originally connected to keel boats, but the loops that went around the keel bolts have long since corroded. Any recommendations on how to reconnect?

For what it's worth, I attached a photo. I'm not sure it helps much, but perhaps it will clarify.

Thanks - in advance - for any wisdom.

Yikes! That there is a piece of electrical art. I might run all those wires to a high-and-dry bus bar and then one wire to a keel bolt. Interestingly, on this boat the wire to the keel is connected to a small, but tall, bronze stud that is welded to a redundant nut - no wet lug under the keel bolt nut.
