These offshore races are challenging, and Lake Michigan is no joke. The conditions can turn brutal quickly. Glad the crew had proper safety gear and training this time—those life jackets with GPS and their communication protocols likely saved their lives. It's pretty impressive how they stayed calm and kept each other safe during those 90 minutes in the water.
