It will cost way more then $2K to cut it up and put it all in a dumpster and recycle some of the parts.
They should be paying you $20K to take it off their hands and dispose of it.
I am sorry to say this because it is sad that someone's dream of fixing this boat fizzled because he/she: "financially can't afford to finish it. No engine, no sail or mast" or finished hull or new rigging. For a boat of this size it would take around $200K to minimally outfit.
Pay me $200K and I'll take it!
