I just bought a C & C 25 and went for my first sail Tuesday. I bought the boat on Tilghmans Island Md. and moved it to Cambridge Md. to its new slip. I had very light winds and best speed I got was about 4.5 Kns. it took about 4 hrs to make the 15 mile trip and had to do the last 3 miles under power due to no wind. I will be back out this weekend and hopefully have a little better conditions. I am pleased overall with boat. I am also new to the forum and hopefully will be an active member.
