I am looking to make a table for the cockpit. I am hoping some of you could help me with the dimensions that are working for you. I plan to make it a 3-fold table \ __ /. I am looking for how wide you have it when folded and how long. thanks in advance for the help.

I am starting the same project as you for my C30. My current table is 11" x 23" and it is just too small. I looked at purchasing a cockpit table but the $1K for the Edson was too rich for my blood. So I decided to make it.

I am going with the same dimmensions as the Edson which is 26" x 27" (13" x 27" when closed). The one thing I am deciding on is what hinges to use - I am leaning toward the Suncor cast hinges - they cost more but they are 316 SS (not 304) and they look to be fairly easy to router out with a template.

I selected mahogany for the wood - It is easier to find (and a lot cheaper) than teak.

I'd love to see pics of yours when your done. Good luck!
