Update:
I have found similar sailboat, its H-boat.
There was any H-boats remakes? Because H-boat LOA is 8 meter long. This boat LOA is 6 meter long.

I don't know what that is, but that is definitely not an H-boat. H-Boats have very long overhangs. That boat does not have long overhangs. (The Images below are of an H-boat)

Boat is located in Lithuania (Europe), it might be build in Finland, Sweden or some similar country.

hello there,
I found plate on the ship with text Bmy 21.
Afrer some search i found that sailboat is made by BMD ENTERPRISES INC. Owner was Charles Dunn. But I cant find any sailboats made by this company.
