I have an Irwin 37CC.
I need to replace some on the ceiling trim in the aft cabin. Not the wood strips, but the fabric trim.
I will try to describe it. It's fabric, folded over so that it make 2 beads on the side that shows. It splits in the middle, between the beads. You split the beads, then you can staple in the middle so that the beads close and cover the staples.
I don't remember all the places that have this type of trim, but the piece I need to replace goes from the aft head, across the aft cabin. This trim covers the staples that are in the ceiling fabric holding it up.
Anybody replaced any of this and have a source?
Have any suggestions for using something else?

Thanks.

First, since I have gotten in trouble presuming in the past, have you checked whats avilable at your local marine store.

Second I would try to find some braided ribbon at a local fabric or craft store, then spay it with scotch guard or acrylic if it isn't made for outdoor use. Finally I would put it in place with either a staple gun or hot glue.

good luck
