For anyone in the Southern Grenadines, fuel is amazingly cheap right now at Carriacou Marine in Tyrell Bay. Duty free diesel fuel is ec$8.10 per imperial gallon, with a nice protected dock, easy in, easy out. No concrete wharf here folks.
Everybody at Carriacou Marine is pleasant and helpful.
I have no affiliation with Carriacou Marine; I just really appreciated the experience, AND the cheap fuel for a change.

$8.10 (US dollars?) per gallon and that is cheap? I think diesel is around 3.24 a gallon at walmart.

Perhaps a monocle is in order Cap; ec$8.10!
LOL, yes I'll add that to the "to do list".
So the price is in East Caribbean Dollars, which is about $3.00. Yes that is very reasonable.

I do believe you are going to need a stronger monocle than that, LOL. It was ec$8.10 per imperial gallon, which makes the fuel very, very cheap for a US gallon anywhere except possibly Venezuela and Mexico?

When he writes "ec" I believe Capta is referring to East Caribbean Currency which is reportedly, roughly, $.34 USD. And, an Imperial Gallon is, roughly 4.5 liters verses a US Gallon which is, roughly, 3.8. With the foregoing, the fuel cost would be, again roughly, about $2.33 USD per US Gallon or a real bargain compared to the US domestic prices, No?
