I'm sure there could be an entire thread on Chili! And I certainly welcome your recipes. This is a Cheater recipe! NOT the real thing! That said, it's Tasty, Fast, Easy and Filling! I Top it off in a bowl with Diced raw onion and Shredded Irish Cheddar Cheese and wash it down with cold Stella!

It's basically the recipe on the back of the Mc Cormick Chile package.

1 Mc Cormick Spice package
1 lb. ground beef
1 can of Kidney beans (14 oz.)
1 can of diced tomatoes

I add a cup of cooked ditalini The mac part. ;-)

The whole thing takes about 10 minutes to make.

I've been going to a Chili Competition for several years now as an attendee. So, I've tasted some really good chili dishes. If you have a great chili recipe, I'd be happy to steal it! But for quick and easy on a boat, this works for me.

great option! Last week I ate a similar dish on a boat, but unfortunately I don鈥檛 remember the recipe, if I manage to contact the chef, I will let you know.
Although it is possible that this is his author's recipe. really liked the dish!
