Since I ran the bow tank dry while leaving the harbor this weekend I thought I'd open it up and see what's inside.
Black stuff lines the tank interior with a puddle of debris in the sump. I pulled the tank out (thank you Pacific Seacraft for making that easy to do) and brought it home to clean.
I'm able to wipe the black slime off with a rag, is that enough or should I use some kind of solvent/soap/whatever to clean the inside of the tank?
