If anyone has a not to caustic solution I would like to hear it as I worry about the fabric and the clear panels being damaged while cleaning.

To remove mildew, etc. from Sunbrella, apply 303 Fabric Cleaner up to full strength and let soak under a plastic tarp to prevent drying out and allow time for the fungals and mildews to loosen/dissolve, then scrub and then rinse several times.
After full drying apply 303 Fabric Guard to restore water repellency.

If the algae is behind the edge of the clear panel, where it is sewn to the fabric, I know of no way to remove it. Best to have a strip on the inside that disguises it.
