Hello everyone

My name is Trevor. My wife and I just got this boat we did not get any paperwork other than a Bill of sale we are trying to figure out what year it is I have the vin number which is CLM001621172. can anyone help with any info on this boat It would be greatly appreciated

Perhaps a SWAG; but, I read. the HIN as:

Clipper Marine, hull no. 162; mfgr'd Nov. 1972

google can be your friend Couldn't hurt to try

I tried google but got no where I thought the last two number of the hull were the year but was not sure Thank you anything else would be great

OK, is I tried it.. Even came up before I finished typing. Listed Sailboat data..com and a host of otherbsites; including a usesrs forum at trailer sailor.Mebbe try again? Can't C&P from ether, so ......

Clipper Marines are an early design of Bill Crealock. Very(!) lightly built and rigged. I owned a CM26 briefly and might be able to answer some questions about it. The forum at trailorsailor.com is indeed the best source of info online.
