Most of the hardware manufacturers (Shaefer, Wichard, Harken, etc.)_have things you can use, but you need to have the boom already. Many people find a clubfoot boom to be a dangerous spar to have on the foredeck, where it can fly around and knock you unconscious and/or overboard. With modern sail fabrics not needing as much support along the foot as traditional canvas, contemporary self-tacking jibs (and some of the newest big-boat one-designs have them) use a traveller, a car and a sheet, but no club. It''s a lot safer.
