I've found a 1980 Hutchins Com Pac 16 in a pasture. Its full of water and pretty sad, but saveable. There appears to be two holes through the transom with 1" (+-) PVC tubing running to them from the bilge. The bilge is full of (what else?) bilge water, so I can't see much. Does anybody know what those holes and the PVC are for. Thx. Joe

Someone probably tried to hook up bilge pumps inside that run out thru the pvc.....not the way you want to go for anything permanent but this might be okay if you need to get 80 gallons out of an old sailboat in a pasture...
