Contacting the sailnet store

Hi,

I placed an order with the sailnet store a while back and there seems to have been a mix-up with the address on the package. I tried to call their WATTS line (877-300-5507) and get a disconnected style of tone. I tried Marine.com's 860 area code number and get a menu, but never get an answer to either selection and there is no voicemail.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the business?

Thanks.

As I mentioned, the WATS line isn't connected. I tried the 860 area code number and extension 112 and get a message saying "voicemail is not available. Any other ideas?
They were having problems with the lines. If it is not already back up, it should be very soon. They are aware of the issue and said it should have already been corrected. If not, try back in a few.

I ended up emailing and Rob called me right up. So, all sorted now.
I'm from the same town as Rob, and the phone lines are getting quite old and leave a lot to be desired.
I've emailed a request for a price and availabilty on a Spinlock Deckvest, and haven't heard anything back yet. It's been 4 days. Anybody know if this is normal practice of the sailnet store.

Kind of like some of the residents... :) Did you get your new laptop up and running or are you still mooching your wife's machine???

My new laptop, but I'm having problems transferring my photos. I might need a zip drive. I am going to call some one that knows computers, know anyone?:D
Call CKG... ;) He's a GENIUS.... The problem with you transferring photos is probably PEBKAC. I'd highly recommend you get Picasa for your new laptop. Great program and free at Picasa 3: Free download from Google

It has not been from me. If you or anyone has a problem, let me know and I will make sure it is taken care of.

Dude, that's soooo early 90's... Do they even still make zip drives?
