If you want to do this you'll have to build adapter plates to mount them on, but then they will not sit flush on the cabin side. Probably a good source of leaks, so you might want to think very carefully about doing this.

The portlight really will have to mount to flush surfaces. You will have to make wooden adapter plates to render the internal and external surfaces flush.
Curved portlights are not going to be practical.
