I have a 5 day opening in my schedule, which begins April 30 and ends May 4, the day prior to Cinco De Mayo. Do you any days etched in stone for this? I can bring the Margarettas and burgers.

wow, I would love to be there, but I have a big Christmas party to perform for. Though I've cut back a lot, I still have 23 Christmas parties to do this year. Then a couple New Year's Eve parties, and sometime during that first week of January, I'm headed south till my age and the temperature are equal. OH YEAH!

How about seafood, Colin? I can do a pretty good charbroiled shrimp Teriyaki stuffed with crab meat on the boat's gas grill.
