Is it solid fiberglass or epoxy-ply? What are the defects you need to fix, or is it just a question of spiffing it up?

Basically spiffing it up, Replace (repair) gunwale).

Also, would like to give it better bouncy.

Looks like it may have gotten the stern crushed between a BIG BOAT and a dock. This may have cracked the starboard gunwale/rubrail and caused the transom to bend inwards. Or the boat may have been built with that inward curve in the transom and what looks like damage to the starboard rubrail. You may be able to repair the rubrail easily, but there may be internal damage that may or may not need attention. Hard to tell from your picture. What sort of restoration do you think it needs?

Basically, repair rub rail and paint hull. Also like to make it more buoyant as its very tippy.
