Has anyone used, or have experience with a Pelican Caribe 11 or Pelican Scorpio portable boat. We are thinking of using one as a dingy. I am wondering how durable and stable they are. The Scorpio is sold at Boaters World, and I think they are made in Canada.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Greetings,
This past spring I purchased a new Pelican Scorpio to use as a dinghy on our 40'' ketch we stored it hanging on our davits. This Pelican cost $625.00 new and I believe has about a 61" beam and is just over 10'' long.
It has five moulded in seats and was quite stable with my wife, myself and our two young kids in it plus a 4.5hp o.b. I prefer a hard dinghy to a inflaitable.
