Just install a Thunderstruck 18kw electric motor in my 1980 Endeavour 37 and I would like stall a solar panel system to charge the main battery bank. The thunderstruck 18kw motor has a TSM 250, 72volt charger on it that requires 110 volts to charge the battery bank of six 12volt 200amp RENOGY gel batteries in series making 72 volts. If any knows or knows of a company that deals installing solar systems on sailboats please let me know. Thanks for any help, Doug

Doug,

I suggest that it might help if you mentioned where the boat is located. There are a number of companies around Annapolis who do this kind of thing.
