Electrical wiring Diagrams

I am about to rebuild my AC on board panel, I would like to find a source for a wiring diagram that covers twin shore inlets manual switching for a 7.5kw genset, reverse polarity etc. In fact a complete AC circuit any ideas?

A boat electrical book. Amazon.com has alot.
I rewired/redesigned my AC and DC not long ago. A big job. I think Nigel Calder's books are helpful and current (no pun intended). I also found Charlie Wing's "boatowner's illustrated handbook of wiring" very helpful. wing's book also includes the related ABYC standards. The Federal govt funds a "Sea Grant" program which is usually run by local universitities. In our area this includes training courses usually several nights. One they run is on wiring for boatowners. You may want to Google this for your area.
Blue Seas Systems has some great resources and data sheets on wiring, fusing. ABYC standards, etc. Here's the link - Technical Briefs at the bottom.

could I make a small point, If you cant understand from reading the tech articles whats needed, that I suggest you dont do it yourself. Blindly following a " stock" diagram, without realising whats actually happening could be very dangerous
I agree - a full understanding of what you're doing and why you're doing it is essential.
