We purchased a new Jeanneau 39i a year ago and have trouble with the electronics. The wind instruments have never worked. The broker has sent a technician to the boat many times to remove, replace, rewire, you name it. The problem has not been resolved. The broker and the technician have "washed their hands" of the problem. The reps for the company that manufactures the instruments indicate that they will visit the boat and then do not show. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to get these folks to pay attention?

Go to jeanneau owners network - Home describe the problem, and there may be another recent Jeanneau owner that will know what it is, or has had the issue.

I would also assume you are dealing with Fraser yachts in BC. You might try the US rep, Marine Servicenters Yard in Anacortes. Talk to Skip, he may know of a fix or the issue too.
