1979 Endeavour 37A in good shape. We sail her every month in Penobscot Bay.
Could deliver the boat in the water anywhere in Maine. Reserve is far below market value. (And approx value)

2011 survey states:
Approximate Value: $27,000
Replacement Value: $249,000

Lots of teak throughout cabin. Displacement is 20,000 lbs. This is a serious coastal cruiser with very high freeboard to keep you safe and dry.

2 interior lights replaced with LED fixtures. Most other cabin lightbulbs were switched to LED bulbs for reduced power draw summer - 2014

Main and genoa - ok
genoa just had $500 of work at north sails for 2013 season
New water tank - 2012
New freshwater supply pump - 2012
Fuel tank removed and inspected -2012
New batteries - 2011
1 dual purpose, 2 deep cycle
New shore power inlet and cord Smartplug 30A - 2012
New dodger, bimini, and mainsail cover, navy blue - 2013
New quarterberth cushion coverings navy blue - 2014
New promariner battery charger - 2013
New deck paint - 2013
New raw water sea strainer - 2013
New head, holding tank, and hoses - 2013
New engine exhaust mixing elbow - 2014
New engine thermostat - 2014

Emergency tiller, masthead VHF, Depthsounder, and GPS(think it needs updated, not operating properly) Fenders, dock lines, etc included

Part of the sole is sanded to be refinished.
Part of the overhead liner is removed to be replaced.
