I've been trying to buy an Endeavour 37 for some time. Owners say they want to sell, but then go away when you start asking questions. It's really strange. But that's not what you are asking about.

I've done a lot of research on the boat. Google for the user group. There's a lot of good stuff there. What I found is they sail okay in light wind, but they have a real problem with weather helm. One owner went so far as to extend the keel in an attempt to get rid of it. Also, the boats are prone to blisters, which may not be a problem in fresh water (I think).

It seems the later models were available as a cutter and their performance and weather helm was somewhat better.

All in all, they are nice boats. I just wish I could find a serious seller.
