I have been really curious about any publications with regard to aging effects on fiberglass/composite matrix materials. One thing in particular I would like to understand is this thing I have seen where part of a structure seems to become more flexible, no visible cracks, signs of impact, just a general change in the rigidity of a material (not related to cored structures). And in areas where structures are prone to flex from stress loading cycles, what are the long term effects? What are the entropy effects on polymer based matrix materials?
