Last week after two intensive months of fettling and the haemorraging of money I was rewarded with my first sail on the Centaur
she is an English classic - 3,000 of them made, a real caravan but she sailed astonishingly well, easy on the helm, well six knot hull
the only problems during the 30 mile strip were a dodgy echo-sounder and my failing to understand that there was an engine panel off switch
the journey was from littlehampton to Chichester
not much happens
