Warm weather is coming (At least here in the Northeast U.S.) If you're a seafood lover, you might like a nice, chilled seafood salad on a warm day. It's really anything you find available or can catch. There's no fixed recipe.

I happen to like Octopus, Squid, Scungilli, Shrimp etc. Any firm fleshed seafood works. It's not seviche, the seafood is cooked, and then chilled.

I think in this version, I added, Celery (blanched), Tomato, Italian Parsley, Red Onion, Olive oil and lemon juice, Salt and Pepper.
