Got a boat with a Yanmar diesel 2YM-15 engine start of last season and put 8 gallons of fresh diesel in it. At the end of last season added stabilizer before the boat was pulled.
Trouble is: I don't use the engine much, just in and out of the marina generally, and I'm likely to have fuel in the tank from 2013 at the end of this season. Should I re-dose with stabilizer again at the end of the 2014 season? Have the tank pumped out to start with fresh in 2015?
Any thoughts appreciated...
