I HAVE BOUGHT A GRP BOAT WHICH HAS OLD THROUGH HULLS GLASSED FROM INSIDE ONLY. CAN I FILL OUSIDE WITH MARINE TEX OR EPOXY AND MILLED GLASS FOR EXAMPLE OR IS IT BETTER TO GRIND AND GLASS. i HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE; THERE ARE TWO SEACOCK HOLES CLOSE BY EACH OTHER; DO i SAND A 12:1 AREA AROUND BOTH OR HAVE 2 INTERLOCKING "CIRCLES" OF SANDING IF YOU SEE WHAT i MEAN?

IMHO, you're better off grinding and glassing rather than just filling... If the two holes are relatively close to each other, I'd treat them as a single opening and grind around them accordingly. It'll be simpler to repair them that way.
