Anyone have any experience taking a windlass apart and greasing it? As mentioned on an earlier post, our windlass siezed. I'm guessing it is way overdue for some maintenance.

It's a Lofrans Falkon. I have downloaded the manuals online, and have the exploded view diagram, but it doesn't show how to get it apart. I could look it over and find parts to unscrew -- muddle through it, but that doesn't seem right.

Any clues most appreciated.
