Oh my!
Looks like it would be good to dig out the old filler on the bottom and refill it with new "kitty hair" and resin. inside I'd most likely have it ground, epoxy coated, add cloth. and more epoxy. Possibly even add a bronze or stainless plate or angle iron to reduce the sideways flex. the cause could have been line wrap or debris getting hit by the prop.
