For the life of me, I hope no one makes this the next covid thread.

On a lighthearted basis, I wonder how everyone times the 20 seconds they are instructed to wash their hands. Two rounds of Happy Birthday are ubiquitous, but too silly for my taste. Counting off 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand,........ is mind numbing.

I sing Fly Me to the Moon, by Frank Sinatra, in my head. Takes almost exactly 20 seconds to get to "... hold my hand...."

I tried Drunken Sailor, but I have to get a couple of lines into ".... shave his belly with a rusty razor.." No good cutoff.

Perhaps there is a good verse of a sailing song that's exactly 20 seconds long. What say you?

Because of ongoing projects during these times, I need to wash my hands many times each day. The reasons they need to be washed cause washing to easily be more than 20 seconds, so I don't time it at all.

I'm just happy if the 2 minutes of scrubbing doesn't need to be followed by an acetone bath.

These projects weren't planned to coincide with C19, but the sanitation coincidence is fortuitous.
