Hey guys and gals- might as well intro myself. I'm Dave and live in Tampa. Sailed for many years on my Dads boat in lake Pontchartrain in NOLA. Moved to FL 30 yrs ago and been working hard and enjoying the waters when we can on canoe, kayaks, rental hobie cats...then about 5years ago purchased power boat (boo!) to play around in.
Now a couple years from retiring and both realize we'd rather be sailing...so selling the power boat and been looking for sailing vessel. Have an accepted bid in and getting survey next week! (Fingers crossed).
Anyway, that's me/us in a nutshell, I'll post more as we progress into a better lifestyle...
