Hey,

We took a basic keel boat course this year with offshore sailing school out of NJ Liberty Landing. Really enjoyed it and now we are hooked.

We rented during the rest of the season - O'day 22/23, Ensign, Cat 22.
Out of Barnegat Bay.

Looking to do a basic cruising course in Jan, possibly down in Fort Myers.

Now we are looking to buy something for next season, up to 4 people coastal
cruising and longer weekends.

After reading "your first sailboat" by Daneil Spurr I've been looking at Tartan 30, Sabre 28, Alberg 30, Catalina etc.

I live in an apartment so trailer day sailor doesn't really work - I'll be keeping it on a slip or a mooring and boat yard storage over winter.

i havnt lived in one of those for 40+ years.. Yuck..
Get a Bigger boat or just Move into what you get, probably have same amount of room and nobody running up and down your Roof and walls..
