I need to adjust my center board so I will have to take what ever sealant out that is holding the pin in place. After I re jig the Centre board what should I use to reseal the holes. In the picture you can see the funny looking blob of sealant that is in there now.

Thickened fiberglass resin, then glass mat and feather into the hull, like 2" around the hole.

Fiberglass grinds and cuts easy. Hopefully this is not something you will have to do again for many years. Replace your cable and check and or replace the sheaves and you will get will over 10 years if the job is done right.

I just did my sheaves, blocks and cable without removing the CB. Last repair, and the CB was removed, was 25 years ago.
