Yet another amazing free web site - the Naval Research Lab at Monterey has a series of publications on Hurricane and Typhoon safe havens and specific guidance for weather forecasting for regions around the world. Enjoy

One that I like has the original model data. Can be very complicated on the Forecast Models page but his Active Storms page is excellent.... But BEST is his videos explaining current weather in hurricane season. He works more UAS East coast and Caribbean.
http://www.tropicaltidbits.com Levi Cowan is his name and he is brilliant!
