Rigging hammocks from the mast to the forestay on Sea Life would probably be more comfortable and provide pretty much the same view, no?

No, not the same view. And here's the point: when dolphins dance you can't see them unless right over the bow. The best 'ride' is at sea sitting in the pulpit as the bow shoots up and down.
The noise of the boat behind you is drowned out by the bow slicing the waves.

Remember where the word Pulpit comes from (nautically) "a raised platform in the bows of a fishing boat or whaler."

There is no better spot in the world than at the bow at sea in the vast ocean. These chairs are the most perfect I have seen in my life. 😍
