Jeanneau SO 379 vs Oceanis 35

Hi everyone,
What about Jeanneau SO 379 vs Oceanis 35...
I know they are both made by the same manufacturer...
I am going between the two....
I like the large cockpit on one as well as the large windows downstairs, stairs going down at 60 degree angle and that platform opening on Oceanis 35, on the other hand when I look at the Jeanneau SO 379 I like the bathroom layout in the 3 cabin option, which is what I need, I like that the back is more protected when closed, the one I ma looking at comes with better equipment, walking on top is easier, cockpit is a little smaller... windows downstairs the lower ones are smaller but the interior is larger and more seating.
I am interested in a cruiser, not interested in sailing too fast, coastal mainly...
Any one has any ideas that can help with the decision...
Pricing wise they are the same at this point I have a good deal on a loaded demo 379 versus ordering a new Oceanis 35 with less options..
Help...

to me, it sounds like the Jeanneau has more positives. The one I would see overall, is that the Jeanneau will sail faster in ANY condition than the Bene will. UNLESS, the bene is a std main vs a roller furling in the Jeanneau, then all bets are off. Assuming the sail plan is equal, Jeanneau's sail better generally speaking better. If you were comparing a First 35 to a 379, then the 1st35 will sail faster, generally speaking better than a 379.
