Thanks, but I am inquiring about Panama cruising fees not Panama Canal Transit fees.

noonsite.com says clearing in and cruise permit cost about $500. Permits valid for one year. Some differing interpretation of "one year" are seen, between "for 365 days" or "until December 31st".
