I've a Yanmar 2GM20F with Johnson seawater pump. After struggling for some weeks to tighten/replace the hose clips and cut the look-wore hose end, I've realise the dips comes from the pump shaft. Boat is 6 years ago. Pump condition looks very good but for the dips. Is changing the oil and water seal routine business and suitable for DIY ?

billyrffn, could you tell me what's in the repair kit ?
I figure I only need 2x ball bearings, water seal and the oil seal for a repair.
For now, I have to get my parts from Yanmar Singapore dealer as I don't know where else I can go to for this water pump parts/kit. I believe the make is Johnson, am I correct? Do you know the model number ?
With make & model I can try search the local market for the alternate supplier. Thanks.
