I was bitten by the sailing bug on an afternoon sail charter a couple of years ago on Lake Ontario. I have been looking at learning to sail through the Ghost lake Sailing Academy, by Cochrane, Alberta. They also provide coastal navigation classes and intermediate cruising courses off the B.C. coast, which is my ultimate goal, coastal cruising. Has anyone experienced the training provided by this sailing school?

Hi. Can't be any help with your questions but just saying hello. I am looking for a place to sail in the Edmonton area - have a boat on the east coast I may trailer out here.

I sail on Ghost Lake and know the guys who operate the school well. They do an excellent job. Highly recommend!
