Looking for 1 week cruise idea???

I own a 22 Chrysler and want to plan a week long cruise for me and my girlfriend. I live in NC...have a trailer and want to stay on the east coast. Looking to do the cruise in october, maybe even november. Sailing the keys sounds interesting??? I am a newbee to sailing...have only had the boat for a few months, but so far so good. Any recomondations?

I trailer a Catalina 22 but haven't sailed it on the east coast. However, since you are in NC, have you thought of cruising your own waters or up to the Chesapeake? Lots of folks do cruise the Florida keys, the west coast of Florida and the panhandle. I'm sure there's more water to sail than 1 week will cover in all these places.

You might consider a Chesapeake cruise that takes you to the Boat Show in Annapolis, usually around Columbus Day if I remember correctly.

I am just really looking to get on the clear blue water of the keys. And I cant go on the trip until October so anything north of Fl would be a little to cool for this guy!!!

Hurricane Season

Just remember hurricane season isn't officially over until November... love the keys as well.. especially around J Pennecamp Underwater park...
